- Tibet holds a special place in China—a land closest to the heavens, where souls seek liberation. Three years ago, in the midst of a spiritual crisis, I traveled to Tibet, searching for answers.
- There, I witnessed something unforgettable: pilgrims, dressed humbly, prostrating every few steps toward sacred mountains. My guide explained that for Tibetans, making a pilgrimage to Lhasa is a lifelong dream. They give up everything—money, comfort, even safety—praying for peace and freedom from suffering. If they pass away during the journey, they embrace it as a return to nature through sky burial.
- This devotion and perspective on life and death deeply moved me, reshaping my own beliefs. Tibet became my spiritual home.
